Provides individuals with an awareness of HOW they need to behave to promote and encourage a ‘nuclear safety culture’.

1. Understand the importance of event and near-miss reporting and the application of learning from experience.
2. Understand the importance of safe behaviours and safety culture.
3. Understand Human Performance tools and techniques for the prevention of error.
4. Understand what workplace observation is and why it is carried out.
