Skills Academy Welcomes Liverpool University

The University of Liverpool has secured membership of the National Skills Academy for Nuclear High Quality Provider Network. The network of high quality training providers is tasked with delivering excellence in skills for the nuclear industry.

The National Skills Academy for Nuclear is an employer led organisation established to ensure that the UK Nuclear Industry and its Supply Chain has the skilled, competent and safe workforce it needs to deal with the current and future UK nuclear programme.


The Skills Academy’s high quality training provider network is tasked with delivering excellence in skills for the nuclear and has been developed to encompass a range of high quality provision that geographically cover the whole of the UK Nuclear Industry delivering programmes at all levels from vocational and technical training to post graduate study. 

 The University’s approach to providing high quality, contemporary CPD programme content, which aims to meet the precise organisational development needs of companies and individuals, puts it in a strong position as a key supplier to the sector.
