What are the benefits of Membership ?

•  The opportunity to inform and influence the direction of the Skills Academy and its products and services
• The potential opportunity of a seat on the Skills Academy Board and Regional Employer Steering Groups
• Access to the Skills Academy Products and Services
• The development and roll out of the Nuclear Skills Passport will be included in the membership fee for existing Skills Academy Members
• The opportunity to participate as part of a sector-specific employer body in responding to government consultations, informing government and influencing policy
• Companies will be more competitive and responsive, ensuring they can bid for and win new contracts in the nuclear sector as they will have a suitably skilled workforce
• Using the Skills Academy service providers, products and services will enable companies to demonstrate to regulators and customers that their workforce are training to nationally
  recognised standards
• Training and skills development delivered to the standard needed by employers to run businesses successfully
• The ability to ensure a safe workforce trained to the required standards for all aspects of the nuclear industry from operation to decommissioning and new build
